DC1, DC2 and ATTRI1 pre-filled, DUME prepared
The forms follow the models of the French economy ministry’s legal department. Your identity comes from your profile (filled from the national register if you give your SIREN number, and from Ngento’s accounting if you use it); the subject and buyer, from the notice; the duration and lots, from the documents.
Pre-filled
The four documents
DC1, application letter
Subject of the bid and lots, bidder, sworn statement, signatory: sections A to G of the model.
DC2, bidder’s statement
Status, professional eligibility, turnover, insurance, references, other firms' capacities: sections A to H.
ATTRI1, contract form
Your part: lots, identity, price before and after VAT in figures and words, bank account, advance.
DUME
A sheet with the answers Ngento knows, in the form’s order, to fill it in quickly on the French State’s DUME service.
ATTRI1
The contract form, at the right stage
The contract form (ATTRI1) is first filled in by the buyer, then completed and signed by the bidder it selects. Ngento prepares your part: identity, price before VAT, VAT rate or exemption, price including VAT, account to be paid, whether you waive the advance, duration read from the documents. The buyer’s section stays the buyer’s.
If the rules ask for it with the bid, it goes into your submission list.
DUME
The DUME, without typing it again
The DUME can replace the DC1 and DC2: the buyer is bound to accept it. The official file is created on the French State’s DUME service; your preparation sheet gathers the answers, and the file you get is stored in your documents, reusable while it remains accurate.
The sworn statements are made by you: nobody ticks them on your behalf.
Ready to submit
Nothing from Ngento on your documents
No mention of the tool on a document you sign or submit. If your IBAN, VAT rate or answer about the advance is missing, you are asked before the contract form is produced.
