A proposal that follows the buyer’s criteria
The outline comes from the tender rules: one section per technical criterion, from the heaviest weighting down, with its weight and source. Your references and resources are already in.
The outline
No more proposals copied from an old bid
A proposal that does not answer the announced criteria loses points. Here, each sub-criterion in the rules becomes a section, with its weight and the page it comes from: “Method, 30 points”, “Staff and equipment, 20 points”…
What your profile knows, your references, headcount and certifications, is copied as is into the right section; when the rules only give a general “technical merit”, it receives your references and resources, to review. The rest is written by you: nothing is made up on your behalf.
Approval
Reviewed and approved by you
The proposal can only be downloaded once approved, by someone from your organisation, under their own account. An empty section blocks approval. If you change the text afterwards, it goes back to draft, as it does when new rules are read: the text you approved is exactly the one that will be submitted.
Good to know
The environmental criterion
Since 21 August 2026, when a French tender has several criteria, at least one must relate to the environment. If none is found in the rules, the screen invites you to read them again: it may be worded differently.
