Public tender monitoring

The tenders that match you, and why

French and European notices, and purchasing plans announced by the State, hospitals and local authorities, sorted according to your business. Each tender has its score and its reasons.

The “Ma recherche” panel: keywords, CPV codes, excluded words, départements, value.

Sources

What the monitoring reads

The BOAMP

France’s official bulletin of public procurement notices, every notice, refreshed every six hours.

European tenders

Notices published at European level for France, with their CPV codes (the European procurement vocabulary). They do not show when you pick départements: their location is the whole of France.

Purchasing plans

Purchases announced before the tender opens, often with an estimated value: time to get ready.

And on every tender card

The buyer’s history: its latest awarded contracts, their values and winners, to help you price.

Sorting

Your profile, once

Keywords from your trade, words to exclude, your CPV codes if you know them, your départements and a value range. One setting keeps only tenders within reach of a small business: known value of €90,000 at most, without formal tender procedures, design contests or competitive dialogues.

The same notice repeated word for word by two sources appears only once.

Relevance

A score out of 100, point by point

Keyword found, CPV code from your sector, location in your département, value within your range, time left to prepare, lighter procedure: each item adds or removes points, and the matching sentence is shown.

For a purchasing plan, which announces an estimated value, your turnover is compared with the cap set by the French public procurement code: as a rule, a buyer cannot require more than one and a half times that value. Ngento does not take amounts from BOAMP or European notices: for those, the card says so and draws nothing from it.

A tender card scored 60 out of 100, with one sentence for each point gained or lost.

Deadlines

Never miss a date

Turn on alerts: a notification on your phone for new tenders in your monitoring, then 7, 3 and 1 day before each deadline of the tenders you follow (bid submission, questions, site visit). When you say you have submitted, alerts for that tender stop.

Questions about monitoring

Is every tender in there?
Those published on these sources. Small purchases made without advertising, or announced only on a buyer’s own platform, are not.
Do I need to know CPV codes?
No. Keywords are enough; CPV codes refine the search if you have them.
Does the score decide for me?
No. It ranks and explains; a low-scoring tender stays visible, with its reasons.
